Terms of Service

Welcome to 声文岛 (“the Platform”). These Terms govern your use of our AI music and fiction writing services. By registering, signing in or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 14. If you are under 18, use the Platform with your guardian’s consent and supervision.
• Give a working email address. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Keep your password safe. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been taken over and we will help once we have verified the request.
• One account per person. Do not register in bulk to farm the credits given to new accounts.

2. What the service does

The Platform generates text using third-party large language models: song titles, style notes, song structure, lyrics, story outlines, character profiles and chapters.

• About music: this version produces lyrics and a production plan as text. It does not produce audio files. Audio generation is not yet available.
• Generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete or simply not what you wanted. Judge it for yourself and accept the consequences of using it.
• We may change, suspend or withdraw features as model providers, policy or technology change. We will announce significant changes in advance.

3. Credits and payment

• Credits are an in-app balance used to pay for generation. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred.
• New accounts receive 20 credits. Each fiction generation costs 6 credits; each music generation costs 10.
• If a generation fails, the credits it consumed are returned to your account automatically.
• Pricing, renewal and refunds are set out in the Payment & Refund Policy.

4. Rights in content

• You are responsible for the prompts you write, and you confirm they do not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, personality rights or other lawful interests.
• So long as you comply with these Terms, we claim no ownership of what you generate. Creator Pass subscribers may use their output commercially.
• Whether AI output can be copyrighted differs between jurisdictions. We make no promise that it can.
• Making a work public grants us a non-exclusive licence to display and recommend it within the Platform. You may unpublish at any time.

5. What you must not do

Do not use the Platform to create, upload or distribute:

• content that breaks the law or endangers public safety or the public interest;
• content infringing copyright, trademarks, likeness, reputation or privacy;
• imitations of a specific living creator’s distinctive style that are likely to cause confusion;
• obscene, violent, extremist, gambling or fraudulent material, or anything harmful to minors;
• anything that circumvents credit charging or rate limits through scripts, API abuse or other technical means.

6. Moderation

Works set to public enter a review queue. We may take down content that breaches these Terms and, depending on severity, restrict, suspend or close the account. You can appeal through the Contact page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages, or for lost data, arising from use of or inability to use the service. For direct losses attributable to us, our total liability is limited to the fees you actually paid in the twelve months before the dispute arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. Updates are published on this page with a revision date. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service; continuing to use it means you accept it. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.

9. Who operates this service

The Platform is operated by Kagaku Nippon Technology Co., Ltd. (果格日本科技株式会社), registered at Room 502, Chohou Ukima Building, 1-7-23 Ukima, Kita-ku, Tokyo 115-0051, Japan. Representative Director: 隋 吉超. Corporate number: 0115-01-030083.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes should first be raised with us directly. If they cannot be resolved, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

If you use the service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms reduces the rights given to you by the Japanese Consumer Contract Act or by mandatory consumer protection law where you live.
